Terms & Conditions

All goods supplied cash on delivery unless credit facilities have been agreed and approved.
Accounts are due to be settled by the 28th day of the next month, following invoice date. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts. An administration fee of £15 will be charged for returned cheques.
All goods remain the property of T & J Fine Foods Limited until paid for in full.
Goods should be checked and signed for at time of delivery. Any claim for damage or shortage should be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Whilst we endeavour to maintain fixed prices throughout the period on the price list, we reserve the right to alter prices of certain goods if they are subject to market or currency fluctuations.
T & J Fine Foods Ltd reserves the right to pursue all overdue invoices by whatever legal means deemed necessary, without prior reference to the debtor.
